Product Warranty

All Emerge Power Solutions products are guaranteed free of defects in material and workmanship or they will be repaired or replaced free of charge so long as a product was purchased within the following warranty period:

• Power filters – SmartSurge, QPF –  Limited Lifetime*

• Computer-grade filters (TBF™) – UTBF, Copier Guardian II, POS Guardian , Computer Guardian – Limited Lifetime*

• 3-phase / industrial power protection – Smart30 – 5 years

• Mega Conditioner – 2 years

• LC (Line conditioners) – 5 years

• DLC (Digital line conditioners) – 5 years

• AVR (Automatic voltage regulators) – 2 years

• UPS (Uninterruptible power supplies) – 2 years

• Batteries – 2 years

Limited Lifetime Warranty*

Emerge Power Solutions warrants to the original purchaser that the power filters and power conditioners shall be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the original, registered connected equipment, and Emerge Power Solutions will repair or replace, at its sole option, any defective power conditioners free of charge.
