TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem: O/P Overload
Possible Cause: Your equipment requires more power than the UPS can provide. If the UPS is in Line Mode then it will transfer to Bypass Mode; if the UPS is in Battery Mode it will shut down.
Solution: Shut off non–essential equipment. If this solves the overload problem, the UPS will transfer to normal operation.

Problem: Battery Mode
Possible Cause: UPS is operating on battery power.
Solution: Save your data and perform a controlled-shutdown.

Problem: Battery Low
Possible Cause: UPS is operating on battery power and will be shutting down soon due to extremely low battery voltage.
Solution: UPS will restart automatically when acceptable utility power returns.

Problem: BAT Disconnected / Battery Replace.
Possible Cause: Missing battery power.
Solution: Check battery connector when use battery packages.
Possible Cause 2: UPS has failed in Battery Test.
Solution 2: Contact technical support to replace the battery.

Problem: Charger Failure.
Possible Cause: Charger has failed.
Solution: 1. Shut down UPS and turn off AC input. 2. Contact Supplier for repair.

Problem: EPO OFF,
Possible Cause: Missing the EPO connection.
Solution: Check the EPO connection.

Problem: Over Temperature
Possible Cause: High ambient temperature.
Solution: 1. Shut down UPS. Restart UPS to Check the fan for operation and if the ventilation hole has been covered. 2.Contact supplies for repair.

Problem: Output Short.
Possible Cause: Output short circuit.
Solution: 1. Shut down UPS. 2. Your attached equipment may have problems, please remove them and check again.

Problem: High O/P V.
Possible Cause: Output voltage is too high.
Solution: 1. Shut down UPS. 2.Contact supplies for repair.

Problem: Low O/P V.
Possible Cause: Output voltage is too low.
Solution: 1. Shut down UPS. 2.Contact supplies for repair.

Problem: Bus Fault
Possible Cause: Internal DC bus voltage is too high or too low.
Solution: 1. Shut down UPS. 2.Contact supplies for repair.

Problem: Startup fail.
Possible Cause: High temperature , or fan fail, or battery low, or EPO off.
Solution: 1. Restart UPS and press the “DOWN” button to view the warning event. Then refer to the solution for the warning. 2.Contact supplies for repair.
